Genocide Determination Bill [HL]

Allows people, groups or representative organisations to ask UK courts for a preliminary finding that genocide is being committed, has been committed, or that there is a serious risk of genocide. If a court makes such a finding, the Secretary of State would have to refer it to international bodies such as the International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, United Nations Security Council or another competent UN body.
